  • We offer same business day shipping for orders placed before 11 am in the Sydney Metro area.
  • For standard deliveries within Australia, we provide 1-2 working days for deliveries.
  • Shipping is available Australia wide.
  • We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be circumstances that cause delays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • We encourage you to review your shipping address carefully before placing your order to ensure that it is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns Policy

We value your business and strive to provide high-quality products that meet your needs. In the event that you need to return a product, please review the following return policy:

  • We will accept returns of products within 30 days of purchase, provided that they are returned with all components complete, undamaged, and in resalable condition, along with proof of purchase.
  • If you receive a product that is different from what was described in the product listing, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
  • If a car part is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us so that we can assess the issue and offer a refund if appropriate.
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been modified or customized in any way.
  • If the item is new and has not been fitted, it can be returned. If the item is new and had been fitted, it can only be exchanged if the item is faulty.
  • If you have fitted a new part, it cannot be returned for a refund. This is because we cannot sell a fitted part as a new item to another customer.
